Our will estate plans include the following:
· Initial 1 Hour consultation (by phone or in our office)
· Initial Attorney Interview
· Will Document for each client
· Durable Power of Attorney for Financial and Health Care Decisions
· Optional Health Care Directive (Living Will)
· Simple Beneficiary Deed to Living Trust for 1 real estate property (preparation only) (Keeps your house out of probate at your death)
· Transfer letters and Instructions, “What To Do After Signing Your Austin Living Trust” – also provided on audio cassette or CD
· Special Gift List – Forms and Instructions
· Missouri personal property bill of sale (keeps your personal property out of probate at your death)
· Attorney supervised document signing with witnesses and notary provided
· Attorney telephone consultations to answer questions about your will estate planning documents. If your Attorney determines that your question is best discussed in a personal meeting rather than on the phone, there is no additional charge for the initial 30-minute consultation on any new matter.**
* Fees are based upon a general distribution of the estate, not involving trusts or complex instructions; client provides all necessary information and signs all applicable disclosures and waivers; and clients (where more than one) agree on all matters relating to the estate plan.
** An in office review or assistance with forms not prepared by our law firm, whether in person or by fax, will incur an office visit charge of $150.
