Power of Attorney (Financial & Health Care)
Allows you to select an agent to handle your financial business. Also, lets you name an agent to make medical decisions if you are unable to communicate. (Includes Health Care Directive.)

Health Care Directive (Living Will)
Lets you pre-determine what kind of medical care (including food or water) you do or don’t want to receive if you become permanently vegetative or terminal and are unable to communicate.
