· Attorney telephone consultations to answer questions about your Austin Living Trust estate planning documents or regarding how to title an asset in your living trust name.**

* Fees are based upon a general distribution of the estate, not involving trusts or complex instructions; client provides all necessary information and signs all applicable disclosures and waivers; and clients (where more than one) agree on all matters relating to the estate plan.

** An in office review or assistance with forms not prepared by our law firm, whether in person or by fax, will incur an office visit charge of $150.
