For couple or single person. Recommended for estates under $2 million.

Simple Amendment: Non-Austin Living Trust Documents minimum $890

Our living trust amendment services include the following:

· Initial 1/2 Hour Consultation (by phone or in our office)

· Initial Attorney Interview

· Living Trust Handbook

· Updated Living Trust Agreement

· Durable Power of Attorney for Financial and Health Care Decisions

· Certificate of Living Trust

· Pour-over Will

· Optional Health Care Directive (Living Will)

· Transfer Letters and Instructions, “What To Do After Signing Your Austin Living Trust”

· Special Gift List – Forms and Instructions

· Attorney supervised document signing with witnesses and notary provided

· Attorney telephone consultations to answer questions about your Austin Living Trust estate planning documents or regarding how to title an asset in the trust name. If your Attorney determines that your question is best discussed in a personal meeting rather than on the phone, there is no additional charge for the initial 30-minute consultation on any new matter**

* Fees are based upon a general distribution of the estate, not involving trusts or complex instructions; client provides all necessary information and signs all applicable disclosures and waivers; and clients (where more than one) agree on all matters relating to the estate plan.

** An in office review or assistance with forms not prepared by our law firm, whether in person or by fax, will incur an office visit charge of $150.
